Welcome to Latitude Adjustment. As you pull through the gated community, you'll know from the beginning, your stay will be set in coastal luxury. Pull up to a beautiful vacation home, parking for 2 in the driveway. Entry through the gate, passing the outdoor shower, and the beautiful breezeway welcomes you in!
On the main floor, you will have a large, well stocked kitchen - perfect for those who love to prep, cook and serve family and friends! An oversized island flows into a large dining table and chairs and into the living space with plenty of seating to kick back, relax and enjoy your vacation. You are now on island time!
Head upstairs to 4 bedrooms (1 King Suite with private bathroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 bunk room with twin over twin beds) and laundry closet. A 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway. The upstairs has access to 2 decks, front and back and overlooks the beautiful neighborhood. This is a great place to enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee while listening to the waves hit the beach, or to take in a sunset with cold summer time drinks. Bring your camera as Port A has some of the very best sunsets!
Ready to take a dip in the pool? Head out your front or back door and walk a few houses down to the community pool. It feels great after a day of beaching or fishing.

•Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
•Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
•Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
•Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
Parking Details:
•2 parking spaces at the property and up to 2 more in overflow. Permits are provided, but parking operates on a first come first serve basis.
Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
