It offers 2 huge pools, picnic areas, tennis courts, 2 boardwalks to the beach, green space & fish cleaning station. Right off of 11th Street, in the golf cart zone. Very close to restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, bars and many Port Aransas activities.

Beach Please! Condo is located on the 2nd floor. Open the door and you may miss this modern coastal look and feel because the ocean and beach view will pull you right to the balcony!

Once you've had a few full breaths of sea air, you'll be able to take in the full beauty of the gorgeous and well stocked kitchen-everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine! And a beautiful dining space and living area to relax and share your fun beach and fishing stories from the day!

The king bed master bedroom offers a TV, en suite bath with walk in shower. And you can stay in bed and watch the waves roll in! Stunning views before you even roll out of bed!

Down the hall is a queen bedroom with closet and TV, a washer & dryer closet in the hallway, and 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds, TV and closet space. A second full bath is at the end of the hallway as well.

Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Parking Details:

Parking passes are now limited in this condo community to 2 parking passes per condo.
Boat parking and golf cart parking is allowed.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
